After a gap of 6 months on 9th
Dec.14, the 313 questioning of accused by the court was over. More than 300
questions were put to the accused. As usual most of them were denied. Dr.Narayana Reddy who was dropped by prosecution from their list of witness has
been called by the defense as their witness under Sec 233 Cr.Pc. The next date
of commencement of trial is 23rd Jan 2015 marking the 9th
year of struggle.

Yes, it is a fact that justice is delayed but still the we believe in the Indian Judiciary, the only ray of hope for non-influential common man, would ensure that the justice is not denied.
The culprit be given model punishment and ensure execution of the order without further delay.
