JUSTICE FOR ANSU IS NOT VERY FAR

On 15th July 2010, on her birthday, the CBI filed the charge sheet against Ribu and his accomplice Chagla under IPC.302 for COLD BLOODED MURDER along with section 325- causing grievous hurt, 120 B - Criminal conspiracy and 201 suppression of evidence .

The 14th court of Nampally- Hyderabad will now start the trial. The Police Officers who tried to subvert justice were recommended for stringent punishment by CBI at Govt: level.
Though Ansu’s parents are vindicated, a journey fraught with challenges is still ahead. They can still hear her voice pleading, “LET ME LIVE”.
Hope the ray of hope for justice is not a mirage any more.

Marriage is an institution. Too many people are involved in it.
How much time it will take for Ansu's kith and kin to get over this..??? And all the girls who knew her out there to forget Ansu's plight and think of an arranged marriage.. to overcome the fear ?????

If this can happen to Ansu, a professional who was bold and intelligent and who everybody believed to have a happy marriage life what is the plight of many others???

Trust - it makes the world surge ahead.

Off springs trust their parents.

We TRUST our friends and relatives.

Trust is the key word in matrimony.

We trust our life's in the doctors hand when we are sick..Doctors' findings and prescriptions are followed verbatim.

People TRUST and believe the law enforcing authority-the police.

The judges are expected to make impartial judgment. We trust them to.
The religious heads are the role models without blemishes for the believers. We trust them to lead us in the light of GOD

But for Ansu

Her parents found her a partner not worthy of her.
Many of her friends did not stand by her.
Her husband proved to be the uxoricide.
The police colluded with the culprits.
The doctors distorted their findings.
The church took a partisan attitude.
Now lets wait for the turn of the judiciary.

'.....???'

What right does this husband has to live on this earth after killing his own wife. He can kill anybody after extracting every penny from them. Beware!

AM a close friend of Ribu's family and know for sure his parents have brought him up in the best possible way... I feel sad for Ansu's family and Ribu's family members as well.. A son who has brought a disgrace to the family... His Dad was a great man.. am happy that he passed away without having to face the dirty truth..

The truth has finally come out and do hope to see justice is done to Ansu's family...

The dead cannot tell the truth; the living must find the truth for them through all means- even when the truth is bitter.
I appreciate the family of Ansu for their perseverance and determination.

The onus of bringing the infidels to the path of belief and to give them the moral and spiritual leadership is what the clergy should do. Not to protect the criminals and support their heinous actions. Your actions should vouch for your words. At least these pastors and bishops should stop giving COUNSEL to others as they don't have the moral rights to do so.

Plz dont blame Ansu now that shes dead, she tried her best to refrom Ribu...She was selfless in her approach...you cannot question her commitment towards her marriage..

Being the senior team leader it is difficult to believe that Ansu did not understand the ulterior motive of Ribu.
May be her love and trust in him forced her to close her eyes towards his weaknesses.

I know for sure that all her colleagues of Zavata stood by Ansu and defeated all the combined efforts of the police and Ribu's friends to canvass support for their suicide theory. So her friends never ditched her.

Rev.Renji Varughis being a priest should not have allowed this to go to this extend. He should have shown maturity and tried to comfort the wounded parents of Ansu. He seems to be more egoistic than spiritualitic. Otherwise his father would have had a peaceful death.

Only in movies we had seen the police destroying the evidences and protecting the criminals. It is difficult to believe that it happens in real life.

Social Organisations should take up cases like this. The scope of exposing the nexus of the criminals and the authorities is very minimal in these type of cases. Especially when the law enforcing officers took the lead in wiping out the evidences. Everyone involved is trying to save his skin by again influencing their clout. Here everyone conveniently forgets the call of his conscience or the loss of the aggrieved. Only when God brings a situation akin to this one in their lives, they recollect and realise their selfishness and apathy.

A person responsible for killing another or not allowing another soul to live on this earth is like killing himself. His soul is already dead.

You lose your faith in the goodness of man when you think more about these kind of incidents. You start doubting everyone around you. The unwarranted and malevolent intrusion in to the private lives of others cause irreparable damage to too many people.

NOVEMBER 1st - SHE IS NOT FORGOTTEN.. Yet an other year is gone by.. but atleast now it must be with some peace.. knowing that Ansu's remains rests not alone in some abandoned land but with her own kith and kin.

May she rest in peace.... knowing justice will be done if not on earth but surely in Heaven.
FOR HE has told that every blood that is shed on earth shall be accounted for in heaven..

I LOVE YOU ANSU. BOTH OF US HAVE HAD OUR MOMENTS AND I CAN NEVER FORGET IT. I ONLY WISH BOTH OF US HAD KEPT CONSTANT TOUCH WITH EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF OCASSIONALLY. YOU WILL ALWAYS LIVE IN MY HEART. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT YOU FIND JUSTICE. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT RIBU GETS THE MOST HORRIBLE PUNISHMENT, HE NEEDS TO BE DEAD AND KILLED MERCILESSLY. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT IT HAPPENS BEFORE 15 THE JULY 2011. I LOVE YOU AND YOU WILL ALWAYS REMAIN IN MY HEART. SOMETIMES I THINK THAT YOU AND DAD MUST HAVE MET IN HEAVEN. MY DAD LOVED YOU 'PAPPU' AND I GUESS YOU BOTH MUST BE LOOKING DOWN AT US NOW....

Has anything been done about this case? I just got to know of this crime from one of my classmates. (incidentally both the culprits of them are from the same school as we are from) Can we help in any manner? How can a human being stoop down to such a level?
