The Telungana issues and continued
interruptions of court proceedings resulted in further delay. Lastly Dr. K
Narayana Reddy a former prosecution witness appeared to give evidence in favour
of the accused as DW1. The chief was taken by A1 and cross examination was completed by prosecution. After the cross examination by the prosecution, A2
wanted to cross examine Dr.Narayana Reddy but the presiding officer refused the
request.
On May 1st 2015 the
defense closed their evidence. Arguments to start during the 1st
week of June 2015.

Yes, it is a fact that justice is delayed but still the we believe in the Indian Judiciary, the only ray of hope for non-influential common man, would ensure that the justice is not denied.
The culprit be given model punishment and ensure execution of the order without further delay.
